I Feel Fat....
I feel fat.
I feel shitty every day.
I no longer have confidence.
I have lost myself.
I feel sloppy & unattractive.
I just don't have the energy for exercise.
I'm to embarrassed to attend family functions.
I don't recognize myself anymore.
I need help.
It's easier to not start.
I feel like my life is passing me by.
I'm tired of not being able to do the things I want to do.
I feel tired , fat and unsocial.
I delete most of the photos of myself.
I can't stand the person that I am.
I'm uncomfortable everywhere I go.
I look like a balloon.
I avoid the beach and pool.
These are real statements taken from women I have worked with.
